报告人简介：
赵明涛，博士，本科毕业于西北农林科技大学生命科学学院，博士毕业于University of Missouri-Columbia（美国密苏里哥伦比亚大学）。现任Stanford University School of Medicine（美国斯坦福大学医学院）Postdoc Research Fellow。
当前主要研究领域成果包括：人胚胎干细胞，诱导多能性干细胞（iPSCs）向心肌细胞和内皮细胞分化的遗传学和表观遗传学调控；利用病人来源的iPSCs和核移植（somatic cell nuclear transfer， SCNT）胚胎干细胞，结合基因编辑（CRISPR/Cas9）和高通量基因组学技术（RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and Methyl-seq）研究心血管干细胞发育和重大心血管疾病的分子机制。相关成果发表在 PNAS , Circulation Research , Cell Stem Cell , JCI Insight, Stem Cells, Biology of Reproduction, Cell Cycle, Stem Cells & Development 和 Stem Cell Reports 。
